Gil Consuegra joins LQ Commercial (formerly LandQwest) as a Senior Associate to the greater Tampa Bay brokerage team.

A seasoned retail veteran with an impressive career spanning almost four decades, Gil is the first within the company to reside and work in the Sarasota-Manatee markets. He brings with him his expertise in commercial brokerage and a wealth of knowledge to the Artist Colony areas.

Starting off his career in the United States Air Force, Gil eventually turned his focus to commercial real estate, where he has held key leasing positions at prestigious organizations such as Akerman & Company, Konover Property Trust, Equity Investment Group, Brixmor, and Phillips Edison. Prior to joining LQ, he served as Senior Site Selector to Banfield Hospital.

With numerous retail centers and malls leased over his career, Gil has received a multitude of accolades, including being named top producer while he was at Brixmor and Phillips Edison.
