Senior Property Manager, James Alexander, joined LQ Commercial Property Management in 2024. He brings over 22 years of experience.

James is responsible for overseeing all the properties and property managers, ensuring excellent service, property maintenance, risk management, capital improvements, contract negotiations, budget administration, lease management, tenant retention, and the turnaround of distressed properties. James believes to be the best, you must hire – and work with – the best.

Prior to LQ, James served as the Senior Commercial Property Manager for KOVA Partners in Southwest Florida, overseeing 1,400,000 square feet of class-A office, medical, retail, and industrial assets.

As a former Director of Property Management for Vision Properties of Pennsylvania, James oversaw all their commercial, office, student, and residential housing throughout the Northeast.

As a Regional Manager with Konover Corporation in Connecticut, James directed 3,000 residential and mixed-use properties within a multi-state region.

James served as a General Manager for SIMON Properties Group, Indianapolis, where he directed the operations of Cape Cod’s largest employer, The Cape Cod Regional Mall in Massachusetts.

In addition, James also founded a chain of wine shops, and an international craft beer and wine wholesale company. James is a graduate of Bentley University with a bachelor’s degree in business management.
