Lynda Nagy brings over 30 years of success in Florida commercial real estate. As Principal and Senior Associate at LQ Commercial, she specializes in tenant and landlord representation for shopping centers, restaurants and mixed-use properties across the state as well as dispositions for multiple clients. Her clients benefit from her strategic site selection expertise, market knowledge and long-standing industry relationships.

She currently represents tenants such as bealls | bealls Home Centric | Bealls Florida (State of Florida), Dunkin Donuts (Polk County), Square Peg Pizzeria and Packy’s Sports Bar (South Florida).

Prior to joining LQ Commercial in 2024, Lynda served more than a decade as Partner and Regional Vice President for Retail Solutions Advisors. Her career also includes serving as Vice President of Acquisitions and Dispositions for Century Retail, where she led site selection and valuation for land and grocery anchored shopping centers. Earlier she worked as a Sales Associate for Katz & Associates, conducting site selection, preparing market analysis and securing tenants.

Lynda is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a volunteer for Certified Dog Therapy, Inc., where she visits home health care facilities alongside her therapy dog, Cash.
