Mike joined the LQ Commercial Orlando team in late 2021. He specializes in new development site selection, 1031 Exchanges and investment dispositions.
His esteemed background in the retail sphere includes new development strategies for Ramco Gershenson Properties Trust, national acquisitions analysis for The Tauban Company, and site selections for both Amscot Financial Services and the Bellair Development Group.
Mike’s imprint on single tenant assets and enclosed malls range from 1.6 acres to 1,800,000 square feet. A sampling of brands Mike works with in Central Florida and beyond include Walgreens, CVS, Starbucks, Sonic Drive-In, Checkers, Arby’s, Tuffy Automotive, Meineke, and Advanced Auto Parts.
Recently, Mike was a Senior Investment Advisor in Winter Park, Florida, for Net Leased Investment Co. There, he closed over $75M in retail investment sales and 1031 exchanges. As an Investment Advisor, Mike consistently developed strategic solutions that support his clients’ financial goals, and seamlessly oversaw the acquisition, disposition, and due diligence process.
His extensive knowledge of the Central Florida real estate market gives Mike a keen ability to locate and acquire high-quality assets for a variety of investment or development needs.
