Nanette Ramirez, Senior Property Manager at LQ Commercial, joined the team in 2023 to lead the Tampa office’s Property Management Division.

With a background in the Retail, Industrial and Office sectors of the Commercial Real Estate industry, Nanette has developed a strong foundation in commercial management.

Her professional and personal experiences and connections, coupled with her bilingual Spanish and English fluency, have positioned her as a successful marketer for the Tampa region, contributing to increased business development and recruiting for LQ.

In South Florida, Nanette’s responsibilities included overseeing the daily operations of a portfolio of over 10 commercial retail and residential properties with over 250 tenants within Broward, Miami-Dade and Saint Lucie counties.

Nanette is highly skilled in general accounting, landlord and tenant relationship management, preventative maintenance, asset management, bookkeeping, lease negotiations, and lease renewals.

Her passion for wellness, health, and CRE Property Management, combined with her love for the Tampa area, makes her a dedicated advocate for her clients and the community.
