LQ Commercial Real Estate announces the appointment of Charlie Boscarino as Chief Executive Officer, doubling down on the growth outlook of the Florida brokerage firm. Boscarino will steer growth to an ambitious future through strategic client services, industry alliances, and corporate acquisitions.
Formed in 2005 as LandQwest Commercial, the now LQ Commercial acquired Retail Solutions Advisors (RSA) in 2024. Boscarino – an RSA co-founder, former RMC Senior Vice President, Vice President of Real Estate and Store Development of Bealls, Inc., and Century Retail President – has accomplished organizational success for over 35 years.
Since last year, the LQ banner multiplied its portfolio and production team. Tampa Bay welcomed agents Lynda Nagy, Kelly Franzino, Kris Kral CCIM, Mark Shellabarger, Paul Rutledge, and Zach Ellis. Central Florida operations grew regional capabilities with the addition of Dave Baltar and Hillary Bressler. Together, nearly 60 sale and lease offerings were brought-to-market.
LQ’s forward-looking leadership structure has CEO Charlie Boscarino at its helm to scale operations, while President Daniel Butts will drive talent development. LQ co-founders Rokki Rogan, CDPE and John Mounce will continue to preserve its client-first culture in Central Florida, Tampa Bay, and Southwest Florida.
“This was more than a business decision; it was about entrusting a legacy to people we believe in,” said Mounce. “When we welcomed Daniel Butts as President two years ago, it was a significant step in curating an Executive team who gives new meaning to market disruption. Now we proudly announce Charlie, as CEO, to build on two decades of creative entrepreneurialism and aggressively shape Florida’s commercial landscapes.”
“I didn’t join LQ to maintain status quo,” said Boscarino. “I came to transform how commercial real estate operates. To apply a disruptive approach and build innovators who reinvent commercial service.”
