Continuum Surgery Center takes the lead as its primary occupant with 10,949 square feet, followed by Designed to Smile Dentistry who secured 3,666 square feet. All About You Med Spa absorbed 1,639 square feet, HealthQuest PT occupies 2,170 square feet, and Allegiance Health of Southwest Florida completes the roster with a lease of 1,562 square feet.
The Developer, Gault Family Companies of Westport, CT, is represented by Mike Concilla of LQ Commercial and Penny Wickey of Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate. They will continue representing Southbrooke throughout construction and completion of Phase 2.
Construction for Phase 2, a 20,000 square foot building & a twin to phase 1, is set to commence in Q4 2024, marking another significant milestone in the development. “We are thrilled to see the success of leasing Phase 1 and are anticipating the commencement of Phase 2 construction,” said Mike Concilla, Managing Principal of LQ Commercial.
