SREG Commercial Real Estate Development purchased the 18-acre parcel in ‘Punta Gorda Station’ at 9298 Mac Ever St. in Punta Gorda, Fla. from Jones Loop Road LLC for $6,110,597. Michael Price, ALC of LQ Commercial represented the transaction.

“This is an integral piece to the overall project and will provide much needed retail services to the Punta Gorda area. CLOSED SALE SUMMARY

Baywood Hotels, Inc. purchased the 2.61-acre hotel site at 23400 Walden Center Dr. in Bonita Springs, Fla. from HH Estero Investments LLC. for $3,000,000. Bob Pekol of LQ Commercial represented the seller.

“This is a significant acquisition,” said Pekol. “Hotel options in this sector are remarkably constrained, which positions this development for exceptional market potential. We anticipate robust occupancy rates, particularly during the peak season when demand consistently outpaces current lodging supply.”

KAB Real Property Holdings, LLC purchased the 5,336-square-foot office in ‘Cambridge Square’ at 3431 Pine Ridge Rd. in Naples, Fla. from Parimoor Dev, LLC for $1,632,907. Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR of LQ Commercial represented the buyer in the transaction.

Cambridge Square, LLC purchased the 3,600-square-foot office in ‘Cambridge Square’ at 3447 Pine Ridge Rd in Naples, Fla. from Parimoor Dev, LLC for $937,093. Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR of LQ Commercial represented the buyer in the transaction.

Kaufman Miller Investments purchased the 1.37-acre parcel at 1104 Burnt Store Rd. N in Cape Coral, Fla. from Steven Strauss Estate for $305,000. Bruce Micciche, CCIM of LQ Commercial represented the transaction.

Buddha Bachi Express leased 1,340 square feet of retail space in ‘Shops at Santa Barbara’ at 2209 Santa Barbara Blvd. in Cape Coral, Fla. from SB III Investment, LLC c/o Kimco Realty Corp. Jessica McEvoy and Tom Strauss of LQ Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction.
