Spine, Surgery & MRI Center Making Moves in Southwest Florida
NeuroScience and Spine Associates (NASA) leased 19,986 square feet of medical office space in ‘Southbrooke Medical Plaza’ at 6750 Immokalee Road in Naples, Fla. from 6750 Immokalee Medical, LLC. Mike Concilla of LQ Commercial & Penny Wickey of Saugatuck Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction.
NASA plans to utilize 14,000 square feet for an ambulatory surgery center, and 6,000 square feet for an MRI facility.
