The 454,200-square-foot, 41-acre ‘CenterLinks Business Park’ sold to Exeter 9121 CenterLinks Commerce for an astounding $92,500,000, shattering county records. This leased, Class-A, dock high industrial park, located on Oriole Road in Fort Myers, Fla., was exclusively sold by LQ Commercial on behalf of CenterLinks Associates, LLC.

Exeter 9121 Centerlinks Commerce, LLC purchased the 454,200-square-foot ‘CenterLinks’ industrial complex at 16770 Oriole Road in Fort Myers, Fla. from CenterLinks Associates, LLC for $92,500,000. Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR and Mike Doyle, CCIM of LQ Commercial were the transaction agents.
Omni RE Holdings, LLC purchased a 10,636-square-foot industrial building at 1990 Seward Ave. in Naples, Fla. from 9720 Sample, LLC for $3,720,000. Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR of LQ Commercial was the transaction agent.
4418 Cleveland Ave LLC purchased a 27,968-square-foot retail building at 4418 Cleveland Ave. in Fort Myers, Fla. from the Nelson E. White Family Trust for $950,000. Carson Baird of LQ Commercial represented the seller in the transaction.
