Steward Global Partners leased 3,267 square feet of office space in ‘Kraft Center’ at 3555 Kraft Road #200 in Naples, Fla. from Kraft Office Center North Parcel, LLC. Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR  and Edward Larsen of LQ Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction.

Midland 1031 LLC purchased the 2,490-square-feet retail building in the ‘Historic District’ at 1216 W Jefferson St.  in Quincy, Fla. from 1031 Specialists Processor LLC for $825,000. Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR of LQ Commercial represented the buyer.

United Healthcare Services leased 3,384 square feet of office space in ‘Fifth Third Center’ at 13350 Metro Parkway #302 in Fort Myers, Fla. from Metro-Daniels Investors, LLC. Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR  and Steve Wood of LQ Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction.

LGF Midwest Holding Company subleased 2,654 square feet of office space in ‘The Offices at Pelican Bay’ at 5811 Pelican Bay Blvd. #302 in Naples, Fla. from H Brothers Family Office, LLC. Mike Concilla and Edward Larsen of LQ Commercial represented the sublessor in the transaction.

Lost World Books leased 2,200 square feet of retail space at 1815 Fowler St. #3 in Fort Myers, Fla. from 7091 Pinnacle, LLC. Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR  and Steve Wood of LQ Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction.

Elmquist Eye Group renewed 2,022 square feet of retail space in ‘Shops at Surfside’ at 2336 Surfside Blvd. in Cape Coral, Fla. from Investments Movar Corp. Mike Concilla and Carson Baird of LQ Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction.

Le Nails & Spa leased 1,581 square feet of retail space in ‘Tree Farm’ at the NWC of Immokalee Road & Collier Blvd. in Naples, Fla. from LNMT Tree Farm LLC. Bob Pekol of LQ Commercial represented the tenant in the transaction.

Tropical Smoothie leased 1,474 square feet of retail space in ‘Shops at Del Mar’ at 1019-1027 SW Pine Island Road #301 in Cape Coral, Fla. from Pine Island Development Group LLC. Bob Pekol of LQ Commercial represented the tenant in the transaction.
