PickleRage leased 42,000 square feet of retail space in ‘McGregor Pointe’ at 15271 McGregor Blvd in Fort Myers, Fla. from McGregor Pointe Shopping Center, LLC. Tom Strauss and Jessica McEvoy of LQ Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction.
The new 42,000-square-foot facility is set to open in early 2026 and will feature 13 climate-controlled CushionX courts, a pro shop, and advanced technology for seamless bookings and check-ins. Led by franchisee Ed Pickett, the club will offer leagues, lessons, clinics, and social events designed to bring together players of all skill levels. This location marks part of PickleRage’s ambitious national expansion, with plans for more than 500 clubs nationwide over the next five years.
